| SUBDIVISION DUES: Your support of the Westchester Village Homeowners' Association through an annual payment of $50 is important to everyone who lives in this community. The money collected from dues is used primarily to maintain the subdivision entrance and common areas (islands), to pay for electricity and water, and to pay for the subdivision directory and newsletter. Also, in order for the Association to make any major improvements, we need everyone to participate. Thanks in advance for helping us keep the neighborhood looking great by paying your dues.
BOARD MEMBERS NEEDED: Several board members have resigned, and since we do not have any volunteers who offered to join the Board, we now have only 6 active board members instead of nine. If you are interested in joining the Board, please contact any current Board member. This requires a minimal commitment (we only meet a few times throughout the year).
